If your clearly established constitutional rights have been violated by a State actor including a police officer, parole officer, or other government employee you may have a case. This may involve false arrest, unlawful firing, restraining your egress and ingress, and/or using more than the necessary force to enact your arrest. These cases are quite complex and potentially involve federal litigation. However, the federal government encourages citizens whose rights have been violated to bring causes of actions and has made provisions for the collection of attorneys fees if you are successful.
We protect the constitutional or civil rights of persons who have been victimized by the police, or other government officials such as teachers, parole officers, or anyone who works for city, state, or the federal government.
If you have been the victim of a false arrest, malicious prosecution, or had excessive force used against you than you are at the right place.
